Patients must be 18 years or older to use our services
If appropriate based on clinician’s judgment, medications are only refilled for one medical condition, evaluation for prescriptions for a second condition require a new appointment
If needed, we’ll refer you to a local lab or imaging center.
All simple consult visits are designed as one-time consultations. If you need further evaluation, questions answered, or treatment adjustments, a new consultation will be required and billed at the standard rate.
