We will fill up to 3 medications for a specific condition in one 10 minute visit. However, if you require medication refills for more than one condition, an additional appointment will be required.

We refill common medications like blood pressure, anxiety/depression, diabetes, migraine medications, asthma inhalers, and other appropriate non-controlled prescriptions per provider discretion.

No. We do not prescribe controlled substances.

We treat common minor illnesses such as flu symptoms, UTIs, sinus infections, cough, rashes, and minor injuries.

We are cash only and do not accept insurance.

Patients must be 18 years or older to use our services.

If needed, we’ll refer you to a local lab or imaging center.

If a provider determines that a prescription is appropriate, it will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice right after your visit.

All simple consult visits are designed as one-time consultations. If you need further evaluation, questions answered, or treatment adjustments, a new consultation will be required and billed at the standard rate.

Simple Consult is currently available to patients located in the following states:

New York, Florida, Illinois, Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Idaho, Hawaii, Montana, and Nebraska.

If you live in one of these states, you can book a visit online and be seen by a licensed nurse practitioner. No insurance required, $29 flat fee.

Most visits last around 10 minutes. That is usually enough time to review your symptoms or refill needs, answer questions, and send a prescription if needed.

You can often get a same-day appointment within a few hours. Availability depends on your location and provider schedules, but we work hard to keep wait times short.

All visits are conducted by licensed U.S.-based nurse practitioners. They are trained to diagnose, treat, and prescribe for common medical conditions.

We follow strict privacy and security standards. Your information is confidential and protected in compliance with HIPAA and applicable telehealth laws.
